I got the code! Thanks Guys. Except for Very FIne Books doesnt want anyone using those gift certificates. They said that the GC was not transferable. I was going to buy a gift edition of Doctor Sleep! Would of been a good deal $195 + shipping with $100 off. GC are not combinable, redeemable or usable. They did say you guys could buy it for me, but then with double shipping etc... would of been too much hassle.

Have to comment on this - I find this to be rather shitty. At his prices I would think his customer service and need for good will would be over the top exceptional.
