    The Towering Inferno - a movie with so much going on, they had to base it on two books, cast two blue-eyed A-listers (McQueen and Newman), and use two major studios (20th Century Fox and Warner Bros.) to produce it. Want a little old-school charm with your action? How about Fred Astaire and Robert Wagner.

    A thoroughly entertaining movie, but perhaps not most people's idea of a great one.

    It got my vote, along with Alcatraz. Too bad Newman and McQueen don't get many scenes together. Hard not to vote for the cultural phenomenon Fever.

    I voted for the two moving on, but the two eliminated were on my list to try to find streaming somewhere. I'll probably still try to see TMFSS if I find it.
