Some new collection updates to follow, but first a big thanks to those that have enquired about my current health issues. I have been suffering from some severe headaches and was diagnosed with (very!) high blood pressure. ( at one point I was hitting 232/147) I'm happy to say that medication has bought this down to reasonable levels and the headaches, although not gone completely have greatly improved). Unfortunately this week I have also contracted an inner ear virus which is giving me vertigo and nausea ( I literally cannot walk more than a few steps without needing to throw up
) only the symptoms are treatable, so I am now stuck in bed with only an iPad to reach the outside world. What is keeping me sane is this forum and some nice new deliveries! Enough of my woes, here are the books...

most of the new books are upgrades and are additions to my 'Books about King' sub collection. This first one however is a UK Pet Sematary which is a mint 1st/1st upgrade to my existing copy (which was also supposed to be a 1st/1st, but was price clipped and I now find out had a BC jacket)

If you are going to have a sub collection, make it the best it can be is my plan.. This is a LETTER 'A' copy of George Beahm's "Stephen King: From A to Z". The wooden case has some marks, but it's actually just emulsion paint - some previous owner was a little slap dash with their home decorating I think! It will be easy to clean up.

I've sort of kept it to myself, but I've been having health issues going on a year now and I know it's not pleasant. At least it seems you have the blood pressure under control. VERY interesting books. Love the lettereds. I can sympathize with you about headaches. I've been to doctors, a neurologist, have had MRIs etc., and am currently taking 8 pills a day to control migraines. But the good news is they seem to be working. Want to trade drug lists? JK!

Believe it or not, regular Botox (in the scalp rather than the forehead) have really helped my migraines, particularly in the severity. The frequency has gotten better as well. There are a LOT of hoops initially to jump through, and the co-pay for the actual drug is pretty high, but I'd rather pay it than deal with a SINGLE severe migraine.
EDIT: Nevermind, you are in the UK, so it is socialized medicine, so I have no idea about your process. Still worth investigating if it is something within your system!
