Pet Sematary banned Germany

In Germany, any Nazi imagery or allusion is illegal, and I can only assume the spelling 'semetary' has something to do with it. A WWE event 'Elimination Chamber' is named 'No Escape' there because of that law. Perhaps it exists under a different title?

At the risk of sounding like a dumb ass what is the significance to Semetary? Googled the word there but all that popped up was people asking about the miss-spelling in the book.

Since the Sematary was first started in the early 1900s or before one can assume the sign was made by a child or semi-illiterate adult.
