Very cool remarque!!!
I finally got around to getting the Viking edition DT hardcovers that I was missing. Not sure why I never picked these up during their initial release.
I also picked up the Marvel hard cover collections of Treachery, Fall of Gilead, Battle of Jericho Hill and The Gunslinger: The Journey Begins. Four to go...
I have a few more additions, but I'll leave those for the Other Author's thread.

I just have the Viking revised Gunslinger. No real need to have the others as they're just reprints, and I'm not a huge fan of those covers either (personal opinion).
Not a huge deal but I've wanted these for a long time:
I used to love Popeye comics. Who is the publisher and when were they published? What all is included? Is it just the old Sunday comic strips...Thimble Theater? Or does it reprint some of the comic books. I think I might really be interested in these.....just to reread what I loved as a kid.
These are published by Fantagraphics: http://www.fantagraphics.com/browse-....html?vmcchk=1 They came out between 2006 and 2011, so pretty recently, I just kept waiting for the last volume to get them all in one fell swoop. If you're a fan, these are amazing volumes. They do have every Popeye strip appearance by the original creator Segar, plus much more (I sound like an ad, probably). I love the art and the humor, so this is a really cool set to have.

I've been collecting Cavalier mags with King's short stories for a long time. I've never had a "Swithin" April, 1972 issue this nice (and I have had many). Seller had it listed as near mint and I don't think I can argue. Got him to end the auction early ($10) and then held my breath as it was entrusted to the idiots at USPS. It arrived in pretty decent shape. Not bad for a nearly 41 year old mag. Looks and feels almost new.
Wow, excellent price! I've been looking for one for a long time now.

The eBay Adult section is not accessible to foreigners (at least not to me, and I've tried it many times in my quest for men's magazines with King 1st appearances).
eBay restricts access to the Adult Only category because of laws in various countries that govern the sale of pornography over the Internet. Many of these laws are more restrictive than those in the US, others are less clearly defined.
eBay has implemented this policy in an effort to protect our members from undue legal risk and to promote respect for the laws of other countries that regulate mature audience content.
In my early days of internet and eBay (late 1990's) it was pretty easy to find Cavaliers and Gents with the King stories in them. The April, 1979 Nugget even used to show up occasionally. Many sellers didn't know or care that King had stories in them and the "mature" section of eBay didn't seem to attract many King collectors. I felt like it was my own private shopping section. Nice Cavaliers could be had for $2 or $3 occasionally. Easy pickings.
Now, not so much. There are quite a few King collectors frequenting the mature magazine sections. Even if the listing doesn't mention King there are usually 2 or 3 very early bidders on all King related magazines if the start price is low. I was lucky on this recent "Swithin" Cavalier. Seller was unaware that it was a King pseudonym and I saw it within the first hour of its listing.
