I have one of those N&D promo packages, with all the DVDs. I bought it from somebody here, but I can't remember who. I do highly recommend it though. Maybe one day I'll actually watch the DVDs.

The DVDs are somewhat unfinished versions, in some cases. The special effects aren't all finalized, there are no closing credits on some.

When it was first sent out, it was missing one disc, which was delivered later.

This reminds me of Season one of the Dead Zone boxset that was short one DVD and then you had to mail in to get the bonus disc. I haven't seen one of these sets for years on ebay.
I do love the N&D set and some other oversized presskits worth looking for are:

These are really cool. I got a couple when King was in London 2006. I Think they only make like 500 of them.
