UNKOWN. THEY WERE ON THE BARAGIN TABLES IN BOOK STORES. The dust jacket in unclipped with no price I have other Ominibus editions like THE MORE THAN COMPLETE HITCHER'S GUIDE inside the wrapper reads ORIGALLY PUBLISHED at $51.80 also no price so I think the store could charge whatever they wanted.
