FYI. Dolso makes (or did make) a very nice display case for this book. The case I have can either be displayed on a flatsurface or mounted to the wall.

I haven't been too active in the buying market lately, but in the last month or so, I did pick up some great looking slipcases for my Joyland S/L and signed Doctor Sleep trade.
Also, Doctor Sleep came to my door last night. Love this production! Erin Wells added a great remarque, which made it well worth the wait.
