I love the 11/22/63 pic. Some people just don't understand ... Amber asks me why I have a few of the same book. I tell her, this is a first edition, this is a first edition flatsigned, this is a first edition remarqued, etc. lol
RE: slipcases, I recently realized (moving stuff around) that I have a handful of S/Ls without a slipcase and/or traycase. Quietly Now, Under The Dome, etc. Without going broke (dolso, Overlook, etc.), do you know if anyone makes generic (but decent looking) slipcase of differing sizes?

While I understand they can seem expensive, I did a lot of "shopping" before I found "Dolso" and to be honest with what you generally pay for a cardboard SC, it seems a better investment. to me, to go with a custom wooden case. It's like buying a book case for your book. Spent $100 for a TCBL SC for my LOTR books and ended up with a $200+ cost for a Dolso display case that is amazing!!! I think that when it comes to SC's you really have to think it out for the long haul, but of course that's just MHO.

For TDT members that don't know...Cook sold me my 1st/1st in time for me to get it signed in VA, and he was there:0 He and RF are also responsible for the awesome slipcase...point being, my crown jewel was mostly "built" by Cook
