That's an Advance Review Copy that was sent out in lieu of the regular proof. I've got one.

Should it be included in this entry? It's not on John's master proof list I think (which is what I used as my guideline).
I would say no, because usually Advance Review Copies are not marked differently than the trade edition. This copy of Dreamcatcher is an exception. The usual Advance Review Copies have a letter from the publisher indicating its status.

The advanced review copy of DREAMCATCHER is just the trade edition (as John pointed out). The only difference is the sticker on the front of the dust jacket.
I actually won the E-Bay auction. The book was represented as a "Mint, never read copy". Ha ha, what a joke on me, but exactly what I've come to expect most of the time. On the other hand I just bought a Ben Bova proof from E-bay for about $4, and it is absolutely pristine. Win some, lose some.
