    Either I had a typo, bad information, or the price went up. I had the issue price as $26, but it is $27, US, $27.99 Canada.

    Platinum FMD is a Brazilian Image Manipulation firm?
    Did Rex Bonomelli just design the jacket by saying "lets do a dustjacket, it will wrap around the book!"?

    OK. Bonomelli draws/paints/photoshops an original image.? FMD additionally manipulates the image? Who did Ray Brown represent? Erich Hobbing has received credit for "Book Design" on numerous titles. Is he just a VP at Scribner, did he say "I am designing the book, it will be "X inches tall, X inches wide; printed on X stock paper"?
