Thanks everyone.
And Kris, I think that there are approaching another hundred proofs to get. But they are now getting harder and harder to find.
Very nice, Jon! Also my favorite story of the series as well.
You don't know my kind.....You don't my mind.....Dark necessities are part of my design.....
You're most welcome, Jon. Hopefully this won't get me bashed from the site but I'm not a huge fan of series as a whole. I think there are much better SK books/stories than these. Outside of books II and IV, I'll never revisit the series. I did however enjoy LSOE and I haven't read TWTTKH yet to be fair.

I agree with you Brian, there are much better SK stories out there. But I really enjoyed the series, once I got past The Gunslinger, but the ending to the series was a bit of an anti-climax. I shall re-read one day starting with the revised Gunslinger which I haven't read yet. My personal opinion is that WTTKH was the weakest story after The Gunslinger.
I've actually only read the Gunslinger and LSOE, and loved The Gunslinger. I plan to read the series at some point, but find it hard to motivate myself to tackle a 8 book series at the present time. Lots of books and authors I have never explored that I want to try first.
Isnt it wednesday?

It is, Jeremy! I tried to post this earlier but my Wi-Fi was down. It's back now.
This next ARC I have to thank you for. So thank you, Jeremy. It is a very nice copy of very early French ARC of the 1st edition of Carrie. There are only a handful of copies. It differs from the 1st edition by the punching on the back cover. The 'SP' stands for 'Service Press' (Press Department).
Proof #138 - Stephen King - Carrie - French 1st Advance Reading Copy

That's different! Extremely cool, Jon. You know, if you start collecting proofs in other languages, we can have RPW FOREVER!!!!!!!!!

And I dont know if you noticed in your copy, but the SP even goes through several pages! It's not the case of my own copy which only has it on the back cover.

Very cool!
Question? Won't your copy actually be considered a Review Copy rather then a Advance Reading Copy since it is a 1st edition with holes punched in it? Not sure where I got this fact...But I have a memo in mine that the 1st print run was only 2,000 copies & movie tie-in paper banners were latter put around the books.
