    My new wheeler is in... (in my avatar) and finally able to drive it this weekend. I test drove it last night. Oh. My. Goodness. Going through the gears (it is a manual) with trees a few feet on either side of me over 85mph.. what a rush. Can't fell a single bump. WOW. WOW. WOW. I know most of you don't do this sort of thing... but it sure is fun and i LOVE nature

    Serious. But I was just looking for something "random" to post. I bought them because my wife said her pillow was making her neck hurt. I thought I would take a chance on them but was really surprised when we both liked them a lot. I just bought two more to put in our little cabin in the mountains.

    I'm always surprised to see how little spinach is there after it is cooked. It looks like so much when it is uncooked and you are taking the stems off.

    I just steamed some kale last night and the same thing happened. When I put the kale in the steamer it was overflowing. After it was steamed it all lay flat the bottom. I keep wondering, where did all the kale go.
