Thanks for the suggestion Eric. I searched the site but couldn't see the listing.

To be honest, while I am normally one that is happy to consider a damaged item if the price is right, for this particlar purchase, I'm going to hold off for a fine copy and will be happy to pay a reasonable market price for that.

I did see they had a Pet Semetery anniversary edition available however, so might consider that as I missed out on those when they were available from the publisher...

I've got some extra copies of the Slipcased HC of THE DARK MAN (w/Bookmark) on the way now up for grabs. Looking to see if anybody has any extra copies of the non-slipcased Trade HC of DM as it has a different dust jacket I guess. Maybe a swap for two of the non-slipcased for a slipcased one? Or something along those lines possibly.

I also have a lot of non-King signed/limited books either here or coming that I can offer up for trade (and send a list on).

I would guess because there's about 5 copies of a signed trade Joyland out there.

The "Trade" edition is a HC? The S/L is still a very handsome production IMHO

No the trade edition is only in Paperback. Only the limited editions (unsigned, numbered and lettereds) are hardbacks...

I don't normally collect paperbacks either, but I do when the first edition only comes in that format (Colorado kid, storm of the century, Joyland etc)

Well, I have one in an archival bag of course. Like I said I just have this thing about PB's and it's a long story. Just commented off the top of my head.

It's almost easier to find a F/NF 1st DJ. The 2nds are hard to come by.
