Objecting to reports of Trump's statement simply because he didn't name a brand name is a strawman fallacy. He suggested using surface disinfectant, e.g., Lysol, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, etc., inside the human body. Quibbling about the brand sounds desperate. Especially now that he has disavowed his statements as sarcasm.

I didn’t hear Trump say “surface” disinfectant, only disinfectant. Who added the word “surface”.
The word disinfectant is used for inert surface disinfectants. There are disinfectants that advertise being effective in one minute.
The word antiseptic is used for antibiotic agents used on skin or living tissue.
A plain reading of Trump's statement is that he was referring to disinfectant being potentially used as an antiseptic.

Go ahead have at it folks. Tear me apart as usual. You know most of you really make me laugh. You're long on criticisms, but woefully short on answers. No President in history has ever been faced with a pandemic crisis before. It's uncharted territory (That perhaps should have been planned for in advance by not just a few of the previous administrations) and therefore, the current administration is moving forward without the benefit of any playbook. Biden's "Plan" is different only in that he calls for more money to be spent than we have to spend. Odds are he will forget the "Plan" anyway a week into his administration anyway. lol
