This is an awesome FREE fitness site...I have lost almost 20lbs since the new year. I've been following there low impact beginner workout program. the 30day challange to get in shape and the Guide to losing fat meal plan. I'm getting ready to start the Warrior 90 day workout routine. I just do the routines following along on the computer. Theres 100's of workouts for all levels, meal plans. motivation, recipies with hot Gal Claudia......

That is awesome. Congrats.

It is amazing how healthy one can get by just studying what she/he eats and removing ALL items that come with High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS). Of course as you mentioned, being active or exercising is also key. On top of that, man do I feel good after my strength training.

Keep us posted of your successes with it, it's pure motivation to me to hear about others doing the same. Almost as addictive as collecting Books.

I just found out that a TDT.org member will be coming to Amarillo to visit in April. I am very excited about meeting this person face to face. Very cool!

Nice! My wife visited the US about 16 years ago with her parents and she still wants to go back and show me around. I would love to go there one day and if we're in/near Texas I'll definitely contact you, Bob!

I bought this a few weeks ago. Not sure what it is but it struck my fancy. It is a folio sheet folded in half so it could be a note card but I'll probably frame it and put it on my desk. About 8.5" x 7". It has a color drawing by Edward Gorey and text by John Locke. I thought some on here could appreciate the sentiment as much as I did.

Something's stirring... we just came back from the hospital. They're 'practice contractions' for now, but...
