This is an awesome FREE fitness site...I have lost almost 20lbs since the new year. I've been following there low impact beginner workout program. the 30day challange to get in shape and the Guide to losing fat meal plan. I'm getting ready to start the Warrior 90 day workout routine. I just do the routines following along on the computer. Theres 100's of workouts for all levels, meal plans. motivation, recipies with hot Gal Claudia......
