Shit, you have a point there, Pond! Forgot the "any medium" bit! Well, there's a ton of characters from that episode alone that could make this list! I'll stew on who else i can think of whilst some more are added. I'd almost be completely decided on who's my favourite minor character ever, except that (a) they're a duo, you can't really have one without the other, and (b) ever since they got their own awesome audio series, they're not so minor anymore.
