    I know Amazon isn't really the marketplace most often listed here, but since I can't bring myself to buy this since I'm just a little too neutral about owning this particular item, I figured I would mention it here. I think it's a good price (#33 sold on Betts for 1650 recently...and is now listed for 2650 on Abebooks) and the seller has 100% positive (#583) lifetime Amazon feedback. I also e-mailed him (Amazon handle is Kentsong) and made an off-the-cuff lower price offer on another item he has listed and although he didn't accept, he got back to me quickly and seemed very professional and very nice.

    After obtaining Green Mile GE from a friend... I really am going after this book. I hope to get it in 2016. $1500 is so much though... but I bet it is well done to hold in hand after holding the gift!
