I can't wait! Glad to see that you're still around
And also very happy that you ended up with a lettered Three-Body Problem. It's definitely one of their best efforts to date and it's always a pleasure to see your photographs.
I really like the art deco style for the spine - I'm curious to see if that will be continued for the rest of the trilogy. And the marbled boards + leather binding is a rarity - the last great marbled boards they did for Blood's A Rover had a cloth spine (and I like these boards even better - beautiful colors). The gold tooling really elevates it also. Truly one of the best books Sub Press has ever released! And for a very worthy series.
Impressive
Wow, the new picks on the last page are great. Wonderful looking books. All these small to medium companies put out such great books. Congrats.

Wish List:
Any of the following flatsigned or inscribed-
It, Shining, Salem’s Lot, Mr. Mercedes, The Stand
Brother ARC, Seed ARC
I agree completely on all points. I dont see a reason why would they deviate from 3BP overalll design - keeping the labels, fonts, overall boards design, traycase, etc.
Although I would nitpick this a bit for lack of extra- extra material in $750 lettered - I would love to see some sort of extra design element to resemble Three Body Game ( silver ball or pyramid on the inside of the case similar to Joe Hill NOS4A2 ), traycase on the inside has no liner to compliment the book, etc. but its only because Remembrance has become my favorite sci-fi of all time besides RPO. The design is gorgeous and extra illustration is always so special.
The Scar by China Mieville. Subterranean Press, 2019.
One of the most pleasant surprises earlier this year (or maybe even in 2018, can't remember everything anymore) was William Schafer's announcement to continue publishing Mieville's Bas- Lag universe with Ed Miller on board as an artist ( one of my personal favorites):
More great stuff!

I think they deliberately wanted to keep the traycase plain so as not to compete with the marbled material on the boards. Had the marbled pattern been used as endpapers, I think they would have used it as traycase lining as well.
Generally, I like the look of the lettered edition. They did some pretty surprising things, design-wise - the boards are not covered by cloth, but the marbled pattern is printed or applied directly onto the raw boards, for example. And in other respects, the design is very minimalist - plain endpapers, quite simple spine printing design. Quite a change for SubPress.

I love marbled boards, and the lettered 3BP looks absolutely stunning. I think it has to be my personal favourite SP design in years. Everything about it screams style to me.
And good to see the Scar finally published as a non-Easton Press L/E! It is my favourite book by Miéville, and it is high time it got a worthy treatment. I'm especially glad it matches PSS, because that is easily my favourite release of the SP Miévilles.
And we're number (or I guess Roman numeral) neighbours on the Elric! XXIX represent.

Yep, best pictures I’ve seen yet, Yegor. Congratulations on the beautiful books.
Great pics and books on this page as well. Thanks for taking such great pics of the lettered horns with the numbered horns. It really shows off the size difference.
Again, your collection is simply astounding.

Piling in on the comments regarding the excellent photos Yegor.
I'd be really interested to know the details of how you set the shots up, do you have a studio or do you utilise multiple light sources (some with diffused lighting, etc?)
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
That thick edition (the lettered, I assume) is amazing. All of the photos are great; even the table looks like it was selected especially for these photos.

Great! Splendidus Pictures!
Maybe you can show the secret behind the scenes. The process of your photograph.
For most of my shots I just use my "landscape" camera - one of my passions is nature photography which I need to spend more time on probably. No extra light other than natural - key here not having any direct sunlight but more softness, i.e. cloudy days are good or some sort of diffusion of the brighter days. Usually shoot in manual mode with a shallow depth of field - 2.8 to 5.6 is my aperture of choice. For the white out backgrounds I use light box which is super easy and one can buy on amazon for less than 50$.
Most of the time I struggle with backgrounds as there is just so much one can find in the house. lol. Some of my tables obviously have been used more than the others because I love the color or texture - the one for Horns is all time favorite perhaps.
All shots are handheld and for very few(Erikson books for example) I do use a tripod.
Thank you so much for the compliments!
