Seems to me that SONY is taking a lot of heat for pulling this film when in reality they had absolutely no choice. The real decision was made by the firms that control somewhere in the neighborhood of 80-85% of the theaters. What choice did Sony have? Open the film wit the remaining 15% of theaters across the country? Granted, I think it was poor judgement in green lighting the film in the first place, but that's because I don't find Franco or Rogen's films in general to be very funny or in any kind of good taste, but that of course is just my opinion.
If you're going to fault anyone for the film being pulled its the theater owners that are to blame, not Sony IMHO. That being said, I'm sure some heads are rolling in the Sony IT department!!! LOL Somebody sure forgot to zip their fly!!! LOL
