Probably as a technical fighter I should give this to Captain America but I think Wolverine brings the rage which is hard to beat. Wolverine +1.

On the flip side Super-Meier looks fairly goofy but I'm guessing he can fight...maybe?...so I suppose I will pick The Spectre -1.

Wolverine is a ninja, a brawler, a samurai, etc. His rage, willpower, and healing abilities make him damn near unbeatable in a fight. Easy choice here.

Hurt: Super-Meier
I tried doing some research on the character and came up with very little. It was between him and Rick Grimes, and I've at least seen Rick fight.

Yes... he is stupid... but with the same power then the normal Superman... he can defeat the rest of
his list EASY...
