Save: Phoenix
Phoenix edged out Silver Surfer in this one for two reasons: 1) Phoenix is fucking crazy, and crazy people have a tendency to go past their limits, and 2) I've seen Silver Surfer get tired/pass out on multiple occasions.
Hurt: Joker
The Joker doesn't possess any powers or abilities that can help him in this stamina challenge.
Magneto +1 because he doesn't use his body to fight.
Phoenix -1 because fires burn out.

For who would lose, I can't decide. The Joker crawled out of a chemical accident at his origin, though, and since then I've seen him take serious, serious beatings with a laugh, so no, not him.
Silver Surfer+1 flew clear across the galaxy.
Joker-1 already has a disease.
Does whatever a spiderman does.
I'm going to say Beyonder +1, because one doesn't need stamina when you have omnipotence, omnipresence and omniscience combined with his new ability to warp reality. He can just alter reality on a level that gives him all the stamina he needs.
If this competition was these characters actually fighting, Beyonder would probably take anyone one on one that wasn't on a cosmic level like the Living Tribunal, or the Celestials. He has destroyed and created galaxies on a whim.
Joker -1
There's one hole in every revolution, large or small. And it's one word long.. people. No matter how big the idea they all stand under, people are small and weak and cheap and frightened. It's people that kill every revolution.
True, but the reasoning I applied in bypassing him for the top spot of this category was that if any blow got through those defenses by some means, he probably couldn't take it, not having experience of pain or any type of deficiency, really.
On a similar note, it's difficult to classify the stamina of Skynet. Yes, it protects itself with armies of nigh-unstoppable Terminators, massive arms stockpiles, intricate strategies and time travel, as well as being encased in an impressive fortress, but if you could actually get within striking distance, it's just basically a circuit board that you could crush with any bootheel.
I guess all the machines have to be given bonus points for being naturally impervious to fatigue and disease, at any rate. And they can't resist hunger (for electricity) for long at all, but most have their own pretty reliable built-in power sources. Hm...
