I figure 100K should be good for another 40 years. By then Bob will have sold everything (or still be alive and bought the missing stuff from collector's that unfortunately died before the were 80 years old.).

I will totally concur on this. Ralph is a TRUE asset to this site. There are many that are much loved (RF, Bill, Bob, Strobby, Zelig, JonP, Brian, Shaq, Tim, I could on for days!!!!! IF I forgot ya you know who you are!) but Ralph is a true gem. ALWAYS will help a member. He is the first here to do biz with me as no one knew me and he gave me a chance when others did not. He is a big reason I have a King library now... he really is. Much love coming from Canada brother!!!!!

Being a resident from the Netherlands I am not automatically allowed to sell items 'internationally' (in my case, to the US and UK). I first need to have sold at least ten items locally, which will never happen because none of the eBay.nl users is interested in my King stuff. As I mentioned in the Collectible Classifieds thread I am looking to sell my early UK 1sts to raise some $$ for a major proof purchase. I don't need to sell these books but it would allow me to simply pay for the proofs I'm after instead of having to deal with elaborate layaway constructions. And these UK 1sts will be easier to find again later on than the proofs I'm hoping to get.

Would any of my friends here be willing to list these books for me as a Buy It Now on eBay.com and/or eBay.co.uk? I know it's a bit of a hassle but I'm not really sure how to handle it otherwise.

Are you not allowed to make an account on the US/UK ebay and just tell it that you are from America? Basically just add a US address to your paypal and you should be able to.
