    Ghostbusters looks good, but it looks like it is serious/earnest with its story, whereas the originals were primarily comedy - I find this a strange choice. I'm pretty sure comparisons have been made (possibly on TDT, possibly elsewhere) to Stranger Things, and while I think the world needs more things like Stranger Things, I don't think this should've been one of them.

    Everyone beats on the female Ghostbusters (I liked it, but didn't love it), but at least it aimed in a consistent direction.

    You and me both, my friend!!! I just got my grandson watching the Matrix films. He's into, Karate (1st degree Black Belt at 10!!) and he was totally blown away!!!
