There is a PC state of the Deluxe edition also. There might be a PC state of the lettered too but I'm not certain about that.

I've heard of other PC states of Dolan's but have never seen them. I don't really collect PCs but I think I got this one many years ago due to it having "Presentation Copy" printed on the limitation page rather than someone just writing PC in the space of the number.There is a PC state of the Deluxe edition also. There might be a PC state of the lettered too but I'm not certain about that.

I have ordered a few items from Michael at Fine Edition Books. They are always in really nice condition. It can be a bit slow to get confirmation as I do not think he checks his emails that often.
I've had a good experience whenever I've ordered from him. And when he describes a book as Fine or Pristine, it really is.
