How about the Tower in the center with the guardians with the beams around it?

Guys I am making a case for my DT set... It will be out of wood. Pics to follow when done but I was hoping for some input... On the base of the case I can write something... Looking for ideas. I was going to just put 19. Then a buddy suggested putting the famous opening line... Symbol for KA maybe? Any thoughts to make it look cool?

LOL I just spoke to the wood guy and I am thinking of a burnt look with 19 at one end and 99 at the other burnt onto the wood and the opening line to the Gunslinger across the front. Keep in mind the base is about 2.5" think... What you think?

What do you guys think about this sig and how much would you pay for a PB that looks in VG condition? This is on craigslist and I'm not sure about it.

That's a huge base - are you making a case with a door... Or just like a slipcase type deal

I'd say the sig is legit. On that PB, I wouldn't pay more than $25 for it.

The top slides down over the books and locks into the wooden (ironwood) base

Will you be including WTTK in the case? I would hope so, but if you are, aren't you afraid that King will publish another DT book that you will no longer be able to place alongside his brothers? I am not trying to cause you any indecision, I was just wondering what your thinking is. Let me know when the dust jacket arrives!

According to skcollector, Scribner did release a signed limited edition of 11/22/63 that included the DVD of the documentary.
I thought that this DVD was only available via a limited edition of H&S (UK)?

I found a scan of a letter by Stephen King published in MAD Magazine, but I don't have the exact number it was published. I know it was after THE SHINNER parody, since King mentions it and so does another reader. Does anyone know the exact number this letter was published?

I doubt it. Authors rarely like to sign as a character from their book(s).

One time I asked Joe Hill to sign a book about Joe Hill, and he politely. but firmly said "sorry, no way: bad mojo".
