She's a moron. It's a shame because I enjoyed the reboot despite the fact that I didn't feel we needed it.

Yup, way to screw up a good thing. All because she couldn't keep her mouth shut. I feel bad for the rest of the cast and crew who have to suffer the cost of her stupidity. There's enough good, quirky characters that I'd totally watch the show without her.
On a related note, I am really loving James Cameron's Story of Science Fiction on AMC.
A NEW GAME BEGINS
It's people sitting around and talking about their science fiction with clips of the movies and shows to demonstrate what they're talking about.
The Americans - series finale, tonight. Can't wait to see how they wrap up this terrific show.

Would you The Americans lovers consider the show to be a Tier 1 show in the vein of Sopranos, The Wire, Breaking Bad etc.,?
The Wire is incredible. Haven't watched the other two yet. I like The Americans but it lacks the grit and unpredictability of The Wire.
Why no interest in them?
I would compare it favorably to The Shield or Breaking Bad. Hard to compare to The Wire, which is essentially an anthology series, five perfect little novels. The Americans is a single story told over multiple seasons that explores a period in time, a cultural ethos and, primarily, the relationship between two people forced together through circumstances who become a family, albeit a rather strange one.

I heard SciFi was cancelling The Expanse, but someone picked it up for a 4th season.
Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality. Edgar Allan Poe
Quoting myself here for context, but just saw that Netflix posted this cool video, and I was reminded of this exchange. I know it's probably not for everyone but this is such a warm show I urge everyone to check it out! I just got the urge to rewatch it...
The Murder of Laci Peterson 2017
Apparently they made a 6 part documentary about this. It has been since 2004 that I vaguely remember this. When watching this, if people decide to do so, it is interesting to see a witch hunt forming and people have their minds made up long before anything transpires. I have yet to complete the series, but I am not surprised watching people get wrongfully accused. Kind of like "Making a Murderer," Scott was already guilty the moment he didn't shed one tear. I am not saying Scott is innocent, but if there is no evidence to prove guilt, how can one be guilty?

The Staircase 2018
Netflix released something regarding the Mike Peterson murder of his wife. I remember watching some of the older documentaries on this and was surprised with the 3rd part verdict. With his wife falling down the stairs and blood everywhere, it seemed really odd that that type of injury could result from a fall. I have not yet watched this newest part of the saga as it was released June 8th. This type of real life murder mystery is quite fascinating to me.

This question goes for movies as well, but is there a reason why a good portion of new shows/films are set in Chicago? Is this Hollywood trying to help out? Or am I just nuts? lol

The Houston Astros cheated Major League Baseball from 2017-18!!!! Is that how we teach our kids to play the game now?????
I watched the original release last year and just got caught up on the new episodes. A fascinating story, and we'll never know the truth of it. Peterson is a hard guy to like, but is he a murderer? Hard to say -- there are a lot of questions about what happened that night that defy the simple fall explanation. But who knows?
