I'm definitely going to the Milwaukee event, and probably Chicago the night before. My wife already blocked the weekend on our calendar!
I am so excited. Any Toronto/Canadian peeps going?

Anyone planning on Boston area on the 28th? That's the one I'm shooting for - especially since we already fly into Hartford that morning - and the wedding isn't until Saturday (for our niece).

Others can chime in, but that WAS not a DR. Sleep book tour. It was an international book festival with King as a featured guest. ALL the book tours are strictly the current book promotion. And his office/bookstores/agent are working hard to limit the books to the current book only.
I have it on good authority that the Milwaukee event is going to be at the Riverside Theater. It has a capacity of 2,400, so that would lead me to believe that this will be another 400 signed copy lottery.
Willing "Emmisaries" can apply here!!! lol lol

The Houston Astros cheated Major League Baseball from 2017-18!!!! Is that how we teach our kids to play the game now?????
I have not seen King since 2006 when he came to Seattle for a Lisey's Story reading/Q&A. You can bet I'll be in Portland as it's only 30 minutes away!

I'm super excited! I might try to go to the Milwaukee event since it's only about a 5 hour car ride from home. We'll see though once more details are announced.
I'd like to try for NYC if you're guaranteed a copy with ticket/wristband, but another lottery doesn't really do anything for me (or if you have to purchase tickets/wristband in person weeks before the actual event).
A NEW GAME BEGINS
I'm pretty sure I'm going to one of the events. Most likely Toronto, or Portland.
I would so love to go and meet up with you all. It sounds like you have a wonderful time when you meet. But living in Sweden that would be way to expencive...unless I win the lottery or some rich person sends me a plane ticket :-)

SO get this... If I were to book a flight from Halifax (about where I live) to Sarasota... I have a 24hr layover in Toronto. SO.. for NO extra money... I can go to both signings. Wife is all about it cause she gets a few days down south... I get two signings... What would you guys do?

"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
Can't see any of them being a signing to be honest - and if any were, it would ONLY be copies of Sleeping Beauties being signed imo (which would still be cool), otherwise Owen would be sitting there doing very little.
