All 110 books were supposed to be giveaways. They only gave away 20-30, sat on the others for three years, and then sold them for profit.
I'm thinking the same here.

I'm thinking they got 200 bookplates from Steve, gave away 110 and sat on the other 90 to do other giveaways and such and just decided to sell them.
