Thanks everyone.
Got a couple new proofs (my first Thomas Harris proof! Numbered of 300) and a flashlight to read them by while my zombie cat is attacking me:
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.
And the people bowed and prayed, to the cell phone god they made...
Nice! I have a signed copy on order of the Harris book from B&N. We'll find it out if that turns out to be true.
You don't know my kind.....You don't my mind.....Dark necessities are part of my design.....
Nice, I am looking forward to my copy from BN also
Wish List:
Any of the following flatsigned or inscribed-
It, Shining, Salem’s Lot, Mr. Mercedes, The Stand
Brother ARC, Seed ARC
Thanks again, guys. I am also looking forward to the Harris novel.
I had to watch Jeopardy before taking this picture. That James H. is almost one quarter as smart as me am, er, I mean, I is. Anyway, I got the Stephen King question!
We can all rejoice, for THE OUTSIDER is now out from Hodder in small paperback format!
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.
And the people bowed and prayed, to the cell phone god they made...
Great grab on that proof - I'm jealous! Folks here really surprise me in general with their ability to find them. Clearly there are a lot of connections to the publishing world, if indirect.
Cari Mora would also be a hard one to resist reading! It's another month before it comes out and lots of people, myself included, are chomping at the bit to read a new Harris novel... I had to look it up just now because it felt like so long ago, and it's been 13 years since the last one!
I have almost zero connections, unfortunately. I grabbed the proof off of E-Bay.
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.
And the people bowed and prayed, to the cell phone god they made...
A new Thomas Harris book is indeed something to appreciate.
I would never have guessed at thirteen years.
Searched continually about 3 months ago for a proof. You are obviously far more industrious at hunting items down.
Well done indeed. A very nice addition.

Thank you, everyone.
I bought the lettered BAG OF BONES from Mike P. and it came today. A wonderful volume, not signed by nobody, nohow, noway:
Buried under its offspring:
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.
And the people bowed and prayed, to the cell phone god they made...
Nice add!
You don't know my kind.....You don't my mind.....Dark necessities are part of my design.....
Thanks Brian.
I'm glad I waited on finding a near perfect 1st of THE MARTIAN. Got it for about one sixth of the going price before the movie came out.
Also grabbed some AVENGERS posters when I went to see ENDGAME today (slow paced first hour or so, and then didn't get much better after that, but I still enjoyed it)
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.

The Martian is so sweet, beautiful book

Congrats! I'm behind on the whole Avengers, MCU thing. Not sure I'll ever take the time to catch up.

Congrats on The Martian. Looks like a very nice copy.

Oh, that new Thomas Harris looks awesome! Great adds...
Thanks, fellow geniuses, appreciate the comments!
I got some new Ellison stuff today, including the ARC for BLOOD'S A ROVER, which I've been looking for, like, forever! And it came right from HarlanEllisonBooks.com, or, in other words, right from his house/estate!
The SLIPPAGE was one of a few hundred special copies printed with a glossy cover, and the other paperbacks are new:
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.

Unlike U2, you found what you're looking for. Congrats!

Very cool Steve, I have to dive into Ellison’s work sometime. Such a cool cat.

Never read an Ellison book I’m ashamed to say.
Looking good though, Steve.
Good stuff, man
