    So how is everyone enjoying the Games so far? Really liked the Opening Ceremonies (despite NBC's awful coverage). Saw some good stuff today, with the US swimming team missing out on a couple of gold medals, but still getting a couple of silvers.

    Three Olympians from my town. London, Ontario represent! Lanni Marchant is running both the 10,000 m and marathon. She's the first Canadian woman to do that. She frequents my wife's gym and though her first race is on Friday, she's still in town. Safety issues and such.

    Katie Ledeky (sp.?) won gold in the women's 400M freestyle swimming. The amazing part is that she came in 4 SECONDS ahead of the silver medalist!!
