Glad it worked out... Just saw this last little dialogue now... I've not seen that bookmark before.

Oh it goes without saying you're a gentleman too, Jerome.
And thank you!
Some of you may recall this one appearing here a week or so ago. Here are some additional photos and details:
The book was listed as Very Good, and I got it for the opening bid.
Turned out to be a fairly nice copy: it shows light overall handling and wear, and has bumps to the top open corners, but otherwise it's in solid condition with no (other) major issues. I removed the price sticker from the jacket and cleaned it up a bit; with the exception of wrinkling in the bumped areas and some light rub and edge wear, it's a decent, VG example. The signature, which is upside-down on the title page, looks perfectly fine.
Unfortunately, the book's a second printing, so I won't be keeping it. --But figured it was worth posting the follow-up here.

"One day you're going to figure out that everything they taught you was a lie."
I noticed that listing too. Was also wondering what could be in there. I think you're right. It must be something like that Gerald's Game easel with the order forms. I think it would be a nice piece to have. Amazing how things like this appear out of the woodwork and how it's unopened. If I ended up getting this I would be reluctant to open it though. Maybe steam it open if that will even work.
