There is two hours left on the auction.
I see a possibly bumped corner and a definitely dented board.
I would never be happy with it personally.
I also don't like that he claims it's "fine to very fine" with no specific mention of known flaws.

The seller has declared the following...
"There is some light wear on the bottom edge of the orange cloth of the binding, as well as some color fading on the top edge of the spine (can be seen in the photos)."
Therefore, it would be wrong to describe the book as "Like New", as it would need to be flawless. I think the seller has described it correctly, it is still a VERY GOOD copy, especially when you consider that it's 35 years old!

I have picked up a few things over the years inscribed "To Bob" (most notably a copy of Carrie inscribed in 1982, I think). But since I am not "the" Bob to whom it was inscribed they really have no special meaning to me.

Been up for sale for months now. No bites... I think because for the price, there is no real "iconic'ness" to it if that makes sense. It must be close to a year that has been for sale. I think it is priced a bit too high for the imagery. I think it would sell under $1K.
