Very cool.
Very cool.

Would you guys consider this to be a good seller price or a good buyer price for this book?

Hard to tell the condition, but a COTW for $99 BIN is worth considering:

That was quick... sold already!
This is puzzling. The picture shows an IT Gift edition slipcase, but also shows a limitation page from the S/L version, complete with King's signature-with the number left blank.

David sold one of these at Betts recently...interesting
CR35 IT S/L (this copy sent with no number and in Gift Edition slipcase) $500 SOLD
Strange, perhaps they came from CD grab bags, they did a signed one a while ago.
Gee I should return my gift edition and complained it wasn't signed lol!
From Gauntlet Press' newsletter : they sell a copy of ROAD RAGE with signed tipsheet on auction. Starting at : $200

That is an awesome personal inscription and a very sexy early signature, and "Steve" to boot! I would bet RF's guess is not far off.
Those early "Steve" sigs really appeal to me, I'd love to own one of the similar Carries one day.
Yeah, I like those early sigs too. It's too bad that this book is really worn out, but I still put it in my watch list.
Not sure about the price, and typo on the "Gremma" instead of "Gramma":
WEIRDBOOK 19 first apper of Stephen King's GREMMA
Not very common to see the two for sale together:
The Doctor's Case + The New Adventures of Sherlock Holmes proofs

'SALEM'S LOT with a third state DJ is not as common as you would think - especially not in this condition, and signed!

I'm watching that, but it won't ship to the UK
