The US cover is awful. Almost anything would be better. I do like the blue-edged look, but technically that is not the cover. The UK cover reminds me of the ads for American Horror Story - Freakshow.

Yes, very cool. I don't believe it's an 'official' edition. It's sort of like a fluke. Or a proof DJ. Or a printing error... Not sure. I'd like to know the origin of the book jacket. Where it came from. But certainly a unique item, and congrats to Highbury for getting it!

Got it as a gift from a friend. No idea of its origin. The book itself seems to be a standard 1st edition, no bells or whistles that I can find from a glance through the pages.
