I still REALLY need to see Source Code. Wanted to see it since release and the one I downloaded didn't work. I also had no idea it's director Duncan Jones was David Bowie's son.

Strong category, but this one is easy for me. I love Source Code, but it's a newer film and may have it's time in the future.

Heather - have you seen Children of Men? Have a gut feeling that film might be right up your alley.
Need to see Source Code.
I have, but I didn't care for it
Only the gentle are ever really strong.
Need more Time Bandits votes!
Only the gentle are ever really strong.
Starship Troopers is a tremendously misunderstood and under-appreciated classic. Well, that's Paul Verhoeven for ya.
I was pretty convinced Heinlein actually meant what he wrote in the book and that it wasn't satire.
I remember watching the movie when it came out but can't remember much about it.
I know it was pretty hilarious with the Rifftrax/mst3k guys making fun of it when I went to see it last year, I think it might still be their highest-selling event
It's a great satire of America's propensity for jingoistic politics. It also works perfectly as a science fiction actioner; the battles against the bugs -which are a technical and visual marvel, their design holds up great after all these years - are great VFX eye candy. It occasionally falls pray to bouts of 90's cheesiness but it is a superbly entertaining film.

Really nice to see Starship Troopers doing so well.
Interesting seeing the separation here.
I'm very pleased to see District 9 performing as strongly as it has.
One more day left so maybe a few more votes for Time Bandits to eke out a fourth place?
I'm really hoping for another vote or two for Sunshine, so that it can advance. Really tight race for that fourth spot.
Only the gentle are ever really strong.
Oops. Didn't realize that this was closing so soon. Voted for Sunshine and Source Code. I didn't get the chance to see Back to the Future yet, but don't feel so bad since it's advancing anyway.
A NEW GAME BEGINS
Excellent choice Ricky, now we just need one more Sunshine vote to avoid a tiebreaker
Only the gentle are ever really strong.
I'm surprised Children of Men didn't get as many as I thought. I think that it might beat out Sunshine if there's a tie-breaker.
