    Thanks Seth. They are great, I would say that they were specially commissioned as they are much more elaborate than the CD ones I have in the Gift editions.

    ISBN: 0-935716-46-7, No listed issue price in the book (no DJ). I remember going on to the Lord John Press website about 10 years ago, many years after their release, and they were still available. At the time they were way out of my price range - at a guess maybe $2000. They were a lot!!! Whether this was the original price or they hiked the price up for the last remaining copies, I don't know.
