In the meantime, I just received an item that I have been searching for for a LONG time. This may not look like much to some of you, but for those that know just how hard it is to find one of these CD slipcases for the UK 11.22.63 you will understand my excitement.
According to BJF, Cemetery Dance only made about 200 of these cases, compared to the much greater run of their other US slipcases.
The ONLY aftermarket CD case I am now missing is the FDNS Red Traycase. If you have one and are interested in selling please PM me (and I am still looking at YOU Siep!)

Yes, I have that one too. For the S/L IMHO, thats the nicest case available. I'm a big fan of CD's Stephen King 1st edition cases and am keen to collect them all.

My book isn't a "true" S\L. It was signed at a signing event in FL, but still signed.
