Hi guys,
My hardcover (#30) arrived the other day. I hadn't been current on this thread in some time, so the dustjacket design caught me completely by surprise. It has a cool, crazy, retro vibe, and I must say, I LOVE IT!
The whole production is well done. Great job, Ambannon Books.
I look forward to reading all your stories after the holiday madness ends (i.e. once the kids are back in school and life normalizes a little).

I received #50 and #CC34 on Christmas Eve here in Northern VA (and I was one of the last 8 mailed)! WooHoo! Considerign I also ordered 4 additional PBs as gifts. My children all appreciated their personalized copies!

IMC 2013 received on the very last day of 2013:
I have to say the quality is really impressive. For $10 the paperback is a great deal, and the hard back is much bigger than I was expecting. The end papers are cool, and while I'm not sure about the tone of the dustjacket art, you can't deny its eye catching. Great work Shannon!
My books finally came.
That is very good news! Glad to hear it.
Hey hey hey ... let's keep the porn talk to a minimum, this is a family-friendly site.My books finally came.

Excellent news, guys. You had me worried for a bit.
So who is looking at getting a slipcase made for their limited edition?
What? To hide the cover art?
lol
Hey, shouldn't you be typing up rejection letters instead of surfing Stephen King sites? Back to work!lol

Can't ... Update ... Website. Very frustrating. Been working on updating it since last night but something about the web editor program not letting me log into the website's FTP. I'll figure it out soon.
FYI, we're down to about five hardcovers left!
Okay, so I'm just in time (check your PMs, Shannon)
Shannon, just wondering if IMC 2013 has received many reviews, and if so what they were like ... did you get a lot of feedback from anyone outside of the TDT.org community?
Has anyone individually received any feedback, inquiries, etc.?

The reviews are trickling in slowly. Still waiting on a review from the lone proof owner.
Here is our latest one, it will be posted on the blog The Musings of a Book Addict on the 3rd:

You know, I still haven't read the book? Actually haven't read any books lately ... same one has been sitting on my nightstand since mid-July. Doctor Sleep is untouched, NOS4A2, Turn Down the Lights, and a slew of others. Don't know why my reading schedule kinda went wonky except the kids are getting older and it's get up at 6:00, work all day, get home, and from literally the second I walk in the door its work & play until 9:30 or so, relax with the wife for a half hour, then go to bed exhausted, and repeat. I used to read an hour a night before this summer.Still waiting on a review from the lone proof owner.
I did realize with the IMC 2013 proof pdf (I won't read my hard copy proof) that I absolutely hate e-books. This was my first one, and sitting in bed with a hot laptop on my legs just doesn't do it for me (I did try). For one thing, I can't lie down on the pillow, I have to sit up .... that sucks. Yes, yes I know I could go out and buy an iPad or some such, but I tried my son's Kindle for Mile 88 just to see and really hated it too (the Kindle ... I never finished Mile 88). Just not the same as having a book in your hands, despite the convenience of having a hundred books in your hands.
Sorry for never getting an in-depth review to you Shannon, but I'll read IMC 2013 at some point after I get the paperback. I glanced through the S/L to check the layout and such (I like the inclusion of photos/bios, the art looks great, and overall it's a nice presentation) but I never read my S/L's either!
