Is everyone streaming Coachella this weekend?
I missed last night! Plan on seeing some of it tonight and Sunday though.
Hey Mae, you like Skrillex, did you see this story a few days ago?
Can Skrillex's Music Prevent Mosquito Bites?
One of the best interviews I've seen in a long time:
mae!! For some reason, as I was listening to this artist, I thought you would like this trio. If you don't like this particular tune, maybe try some more of their work.
All that's left of what we were is what we have become.
Thanks, Jon. I love jazz and haven't been listening to it as much as I should. That was a great tune.
Yes. I found the drumming on that particular tune to be odd and may be off putting for some. His other works don't seem to have this. But in all, the drumming was rather nice in my opinion.
All that's left of what we were is what we have become.
I like odd things.
Disco is life! Disco is love!
really? i'd like to see that
i haven't seen that and i do like Sammy Davis Jr. he was one talented guy too.. i love 70's music but there's really only a small percentage of Disco that i like.
I don't think there are any other Tool fans here, but if so, some giant (apparent) news: they tweeted out something (https://twitter.com/Tool/status/1125992825756233729) that said August 30, which can only mean (we hope) the new album (the first in the iPhone era...) is to be released on that date.
Coming just a few days after they debuted two new songs live (Descending and Invincible), it looks like things are finally moving along.
When they said how many dollars it would cost, I was amazed at how badly they'd overvalued it - then I realized they'd overvalued the dollars as well.
New Alan Parsons is always cause for celebration in my world

Yes. I always enjoy Alan Parsons. Thanks for alerting me to this.
All that's left of what we were is what we have become.
i tried to get into Tool's music when they 1st came out in the 90's and i'm sorry i just can't stand them so teach their own who like their music. i didn't even know Alan Parson's even still did new music
"Teach their own??"
Do you mean "to each their own?"
And what does Alan Parsons have to do with Tool?
All that's left of what we were is what we have become.
yes i do mean that is what i thought i had typed but oh well i guess i fucked up lol. either way you know what i meant anyways, i didn't say he had to do anything with Tool i just didn't know he was still putting new music out that's all but if i had to choose i'd rather listen to Alan Parsons
Oh I see. LOL...I was struggling and Googling like hell! My fault for reading too deeply.
