In Canada at Chapters (we do not have the Books a Million or Barnes n Noble), our only book store in Nova Scotia, the book is $36CAD + HST. The book is well over $40 bucks. Now.. I can walk into Costco and pay half the price and thus half the tax. We buy everything there and got the executive membership. We get back 1% I think of all we buy... we got back over $600 this year! That is a lot. We use it for business too but I love it there for personnel too. Just my savings on books this year alone has made it worth it!

Congratulations on all this!! I'm just waiting for a few of the Revival editions to come in, and will post them all then. I've counted 8 editions that I'll have once they all arrive. If you include the UK proof, that's 9. Should all be here some time next week.
