I tried to update my bookcase, but I still need to get a good easel for The Stand.

If you find something then please post here. I have been looking for a while now for something that supports the coffin case at a decent angle, without it causing the lid to slip off.

Look around brother. I had one made by a local plastic fabricator. Not sure what "a decent angle (more perpendicular?)" is, but as long as the bottom support is deeper than the case, and the tilt is ~20 degrees or more, it should work.

Here's one for the book itself. the bottom shelf will need to be deeper to support the book and case together:

Does your guy have a website? I'm curious if something can be ordered. Or better yet, any chance you could buy more?

Haha... Whoops! Sorry... Although, yours and mine look so alike I thought no one would tell the difference. I hope you noticed the foreground of the picture though - seemed odd to put Frank there without his context. He holds the lid on, and the vertical position doesn't seem to have an adverse affect on the book (not yet, anyway).

That's actually a good idea. I might have to put my King bobblehead, or maybe Pennywise, to keep the lid in place.

I wish I could take credit for it... It was Chad (HONKYTONKSMASH) that gave me this good idea. Still, it will probably annoy me (long term) that something obstructs (even partially) the view of this killer piece.

I use a local plastic shop.
They make the stuff to spec, but you better have your specs correct.

Thanks! Salem's is on top of Knowing Darkness. I would have to stand it up to properly display it, but it's way too big for that.
