Yojimbo was high on my list when I had Netflix but due to having low internet...Netflix streaming sent my internet bill up fifty bucks. I've over twice as much now and am considering getting Netflix back again, as I miss it. Yojimbo will be one of the first ones I watch along with M and Brick.

21 Jump Street; OMG! Seems to me Depp started as a sell-out and commercial junk is the rule for him, rather than the exception. Still, for some of those exceptions I'd say he does deserve credit.

went with Steve Buscemi because he is one hell of a character actor. Need a psycho with a redeeming quality then you put him in there. I really liked his character's in Con Air and Armageddon.

Ok - normaly i must vote for Toshiro Mifune,...his acting in Yojimbo, 7 Samurai, Rashomon, Kumonosu-jō and others was AMAZING, some of the greatest Movies ever...
But ... Toshiro Mifune--- foreign country actor = no chance

Buscemi is a very underrated actor, but I don't know if he's good enough to beat out the likes of Ford and Mifune. Apparently he is.

Depp is very hit or miss for me. A lot of his newer stuff is downright abysmal. And like Candy said, he does tend to overplay his roles at times.

I had to go Buscemi. I think Depp is a fantastic actor. When you watch a movie with Depp, you're not watching him play a character, you're watching him be the character. Buscemi is a different kinda guy. You can't help but see him as himself. But he makes you believe he's the character. I know it's a bit convoluted, but I don't have the words to describe my thoughts.

On another note. Buscemi is more of a down to earth guy than almost anyone knows. Without giving anything away, I will say he anonymously volunteered do do something that only a small number of people could ( or would) have volunteered for. The man is a class act that doesn't ask for any recognition.
