    It's a hard one to tell on. Bob could be correct with it being rushed. I don't like two areas though:

    Ralph, I totally agree with the points of concern you have highlighted. Just playing the guessing game here......it looks like a papparazzi style signature. That is someone accosted King with the book and held it while King hurriedly signed it. The book could have moved during the signing (people jostling about, etc.) Still, it is one that won't find its way into my collection.

    To toss in two more cents...

    If you look at the right-side loop of the "K"...it seems slightly hesitant and overly careful. There seems to be a slight stutter-step in the top half.

    It actually looks very similar to a confirmed (in my mind) fake of my own, which was almost certainly traced.

    I call it a fake.

    The feedback doesn't matter...actually, he's asking for a 'real' price of $150, which gives it some credibility with me.

    The signature itself looks very big, a little too big...I'd want an enlarged view.
