Is this just a very early appearance of Mr. King's sig? I haven't seen any other examples of this. Flatsigned 'Salem's Lot (1st).
I think the sig is legit and a very early example. The dust jacket may or may not be original. Since it is price clipped you can't be certain it is not from a later printing. It could be original but you just don't know.

A 0 note ebay profile now wants to sell it for 250€, and pretend that it was signed in France
