    I don't think it is good, but I am not 100% certain. As has been mentioned regarding this particular book (on this thread or elsewhere) the seller, antiqueshere, is a known seller of forgeries. It would be best to stay away, IMO.

    What about this one? The signature isn't too bad. I think I see a few faults, but then there's really something in the "Best wishes, enjoy the book" that doesn't look natural. Right? Or am I just up too early on a Sunday?

    Interesting, Br!an. Fairly clever on their end, but a good catch on yours. There is something up with the distressing and smudges around the writing.

    I just can't see myself ever buying a singed SK book off ebay unless it's a Signed/Limited. I have 13 signed King books, 10 are S/L and 3 are signed 1st Ed. trades, but I was physically there when King signed those 3 so I know they're real. If I bought a signed King book on eBay that wasn't a S/L then I don't think I could sleep at night. I'd be waking up and staring at the signature and calculating probabilities of its authenticity in my head. It is funny to see some of these obvious fakes though.

    I understand what you're saying, but some good ones do pop up from time to time. If you ever do want to make a King signed purchase off EBay, don't hesitate to ask opinions here first. You are among the worlds best collectors with a good eyes for the right and wrong.
