Now finishing up, BOSSYPANTS, by Tina Fey.
I actually read Ready Player One a bit back and it was an amazing book, very close to the top of my favorites now.
Right now I am reading Fevre Dream on the Kindle and listening to The Vampire Lestat on audiobook while at work.
There's one hole in every revolution, large or small. And it's one word long.. people. No matter how big the idea they all stand under, people are small and weak and cheap and frightened. It's people that kill every revolution.
I want to love it, but there's so many things that irk me about it that keep it from being an all time favorite. I'll give a full review once I complete it.
Caesar's Women by Colleen McCullough. I've read The Grass Thorn and First Man in Rome over the years.

Tina Fey is great, and I enjoyed her book. After ROADWORK, it was good to read something light - because now I am currently, finally, for the first time and at long last, readingI loved Bossypants! Probably one of the few books to cause me to continuously laugh out loud. Tina Fey is my idol.

To the nth degree. Sheesh! I really like that I read The Book of Tea by Kakuzo Okakura at the first of the year. Knowing all about the tea ceremony and the history really has added depth to my reading.Hatsumomo....what a bitch.
