I'd just like to add that this one is very susceptible to fading on the spine. Many of the ones I've seen for sale have this. I keep mine on a shelf away from even any direct eletric lighting. I don't know if that actually affects it, but I'm not taking any chances.

The photos appear to show a shipcase. Was the slipcase issued with the lettered edition or is that an aftermarket add-on?
Both are aftermarket.
Just saw an auction for one on ebay end. He wanted $340 for it. Had the faded spine too. Didn't sell.
