I have never had one. I read off the monitor, and it permanently damaged my eyes (the monitor is old, and I had problems with eyes before that). Now I am going to have books 5 and 7, so it's only book 6 I'll be lacking (which is a shame, since, as you surely remember, it's one of my favorites)
